Ormat Funding Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the vertically-integrated company Ormat Technologies Inc., (NYSE: ORA) is primarily engaged in the geothermal power business.

The company, founded in 2001 was formed to develop, construct, own, and acquire through certain direct and indirect subsidiaries geothermal power projects in the United States.

As of December 31, 2008, we wholly-owned four geothermal power projects with 115 MW of generating capacity.

In addition, we own a 50% interest in a fifth geothermal power project with 29 MW of generating capacity.
